What's not included
For safety and service quality reasons, our cleaners do not perform the following tasks as part of general cleaning services:

Moving Heavy Items: Lifting or moving items heavier than 10kg (e.g., large furniture).

High-Reach Cleaning: Dusting or vacuuming surfaces beyond standard reach.

Specialized Cleaning: Washing external windows, removing deep stains, or addressing pet messes or heavily soiled areas.

Handling Hazardous Materials: Cleaning areas with mould, biohazard materials, or bins containing sharp or infectious waste.

Steam Cleaning: Using steam cleaners or other specialized cleaning equipment.

Operating Appliances: Running washing machines and dryers.

Ironing: Ironing clothes.

Handling Fragile Items: Cleaning decorative or delicate pieces, such as antiques or fine glassware.

Outdoor Cleaning: Performing any cleaning tasks outside the home, including patios or outdoor furniture.
