Yes, we assign a dedicated cleaner to your home to ensure consistency and familiarity. Changes only happen in rare cases, such as if the cleaner leaves the company or becomes unavailable for other reasons. In such cases, we work closely with you to make the transition as smooth as possible.

After the cleaning, we will send you an invoice, which can be paid directly via bank transfer.

Our cleaners bring all the necessary cleaning supplies, while clients provide the basic equipment like a vacuum and mop. However, if you prefer to provide your own cleaning products, our cleaners are happy to use them.

We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling be arranged directly with your cleaner at least 48 hours in advance. For changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, you can negotiate directly with your cleaner, but please be aware they have the right to charge a cancellation fee of $75, at their discretion.

We take quality and consistency seriously. Every cleaner undergoes rigorous training and follows a detailed cleaning checklist to meet our high standards. We also encourage client feedback after each visit to ensure we’re always improving and maintaining the level of service you deserve.
